Hi, I received the model of the 1960s Batmobile today and
just had to write and say how pleased I am. Having used your site
for a while now, I always get great service, and having
ordered approximately 10 models over the past couple of years, I
have had no cause to complain. Keep up the good work.

ordering diecast models should know about the vagaries of
production, which are not suppliers fault. You do your best to
explain this regularly. You can do no more.
